Campus study spaces

Book a study room for your study group.

Reserve in 30-minute slots. Every reservation appears on the room's door display so everyone knows who has the space and until when.

2-hour daily maximum
The system won't let anyone hold rooms for more than two hours total per day.
Door display ready
Each room has a public display page for Joan devices showing now and next.
Fair access
Overlapping bookings are blocked, so a slot belongs to one group only.
